Returns and exchanges

Custom jobs are made to order, so they can't be returned except for manufacturing defects.

Defects. If your job arrives with a production defect (different from the approved proof), let us know as soon as you receive it and we will reprint it or refund the affected part.

Equipment and technology. If a device doesn't work properly and you report it within the first 15 days, we will inspect and repair it; if it can't be repaired, we replace it with a new one.

How to claim. Message us on WhatsApp or at sd.servidigitales@gmail.com with your order number, a photo and the reason.

Approved refunds. Processed in 10 to 15 business days through the original payment method.
